About Whitestone

Grounded in practice,
built for clarity

Whitestone works with individuals and organisations navigating anxiety, tension, stress, overload through structured meditation programmes delivered entirely online. No retreats required. No disruption to working schedules.

Our programmes are designed for people who have tried generic relaxation content and found it insufficient for the demands of professional life.

What shapes the work

Four principles that inform every programme, every session, and every decision about how we structure learning.

01

Evidence over intuition

Every technique we teach has a documented basis in cognitive and physiological research. We do not include practices simply because they feel good to deliver.

02

Specificity of application

Anxiety in a deadline-driven environment differs from social anxiety or generalised tension. Our programmes address the specific context, not a blended average.

03

Measurable progress markers

Participants track physiological and behavioural indicators across the programme. Progress is visible, not assumed. We use short self-assessments at regular intervals.

04

Sustainable practice design

Sessions are structured to fit into a working day - 8 to 18 minutes. Consistency over time produces results; duration alone does not.

Structured for people with limited time

Whitestone programmes are delivered in modular sequences. Each module addresses a distinct aspect of anxiety regulation - breath mechanics, attention redirection, somatic awareness, and cognitive reframing.

Participants complete modules asynchronously, with optional live group sessions available for those who benefit from cohort accountability.

Portrait of Saoirse Devereux
Saoirse Devereux
Programme Director

Saoirse holds a postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology and has spent eight years developing structured anxiety interventions for professional populations.

"Most people don't need more content - they need a clearer sequence and the right conditions to practise."

Tomas Bryndza
Learning Design Lead

Tomas brings a background in instructional design and adult learning theory. He oversees the architecture of each module, ensuring pacing and sequencing match how retention actually works.

"A session that takes 12 minutes and gets repeated is worth more than a 90-minute workshop attended once."

Nkechi Osei-Bonsu
Client Integration Specialist

Nkechi manages organisational onboarding and works directly with HR and L&D teams to integrate Whitestone programmes into existing professional development frameworks.

"The implementation context matters as much as the content itself."
